An adventure travel and outdoor activities fan married to my best friend Bruno, we love to explore new countries, new culture, and new experiences. We are French and lived in France, Scotland, Germany, Taiwan and now called California home. We love to hike, kite and dive and are always looking for other cool ways to discover new places. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We love to meet new people and learn about the local culture. Couchsurfing gives us that opportunity as people are trusting enough to open their doors for us. While it was not Couchsurfing, we stayed with Kazakh and Tsaatan nomads in Mongolia, and a family in India, and loved every second as we could interact with people from these countries. Looking forward to meeting you, and thank you in advance for welcoming us in your home.

Interests

We love to travel, and are outdoor lovers, from hiking to kayaking, diving to kitesurfing. We like to try new food, meet new people and learn about new culture. We lived in 5 different countries - France where we grew up, and then Scotland, Taiwan, Germany, and the US. We are currently on a sabbatical, traveling around the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love history from Egypt, Middle Age, Silk Road, Maya and any other ancient traditions. Also love science-fiction, including Harry Potter, Star Wars, and The Lord of the Ring. Also keen on documentaries about wildlife and culture.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Leading our own sled and huskies team in the Arctic. Diving with Manta Rays on the Big Island. Following hunters gatherers Hadzabe in Tanzania. Watching Gorillas in Rwanda. Trekking in the Himalayas. Meeting the Tsaatan Reindeer Herders in Mongolia.
