Hello! I am a woman from California who loves the beach, fitness, travel, and having good conversations with interesting people! I grew up in San Diego, was a student in Los Angeles at UCLA, and am currently in San Diego again. I have traveled in the past but have not been traveling as much in the last few years but would like to start again!

I like the idea of exploring alternatives to conventional travel. Staying with locals seems like a good way to both get to know places and meet interesting people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was a student, I did a year abroad in Spain. It was the first time in my life that I was able to travel internationally. I had always wanted to but had not had the opportunity before then. During this year, I was able to see much of Spain and other countries in Europe as well. This was the beginning of my interest in travel and learning about other cultures.
