About Me
Hello YOU! Yes, YOU! You've read my references, isn't it? Just to know if I am a reliable person, isn't it? then you can take ONLY one minute reading the rest here. Indeed, dear couchsurfer, there might be some interesting informations.
Like the fact that I am a student, not always available, and constantly updating my profile to explain my disponibilities.
I recently updated my profile as my flatmate left the ... well... flat. So the other name you'll see in the references is actually his!
I am living in a 2-rooms flat, and you'll be sleeping in the living room (15m approximatively!), on the couch, so you probably won't need a sleeping bag. But it might be too tiny for people who are willing to have a "romantic holidays" here.
Which is leading us to our third point: I registered here to meet new people, to share experiences, etc. And my flat is absolutely not a cheap hotel where you can book one night. (this sentence doesn't imply the fact that I am asking for money. I am not). I think that CS should be as it's written in it's guide lines: finding people whose interests matches yours, and discover a new culture. And Ido find this a bit sad and also sometimes upsetting when I am receiving requests for "just a place to stay". CS isn't about a free place to stay whithout paying attention to the people's house you're staying at, or the people themselves, and I won't accept a copy/paste request or something which seems disrespectful. (obviously...)
Of course this doesn't mean we will always be by the guest side, and if one guest needs some times free, and visiting or doing whatever he/she wants on his own, no problem! Just make sure not to forget that this isn't a free palace.
Thanks a lot for your understanding.
