ABOUT ME

I got infected with traveling when I spend a year in indonesia for a student exchange with AFS. Since then I can't stop to see new place, meet people, learn languages and enjoy life. But I also realised, that more than backpacking I enjoy staying for long time in one place. Knowing all the details about a place and making real friends abroad just gave me the best experience!

The slogan for my everyday life is: try something new every day! And I really try to do something that I've never done before every day and to try diverse stuff. By the way "Diversity" is one of my favorite words :D I do archery, play Cello and Piano. Music is a very important part of my life because I love to listen to it and I'am a passionate dancer. I wished I would be more talented.. because then I would definitely become an artist! Unfortunately i've allways been quite good in sciences and I have crush on chemistry. Well thats actually not to bad at all but it means that I will spend my life alone in laboratories ;) beeing free to express myself with music or dance or painting every day just sounds like the perfect life for me.. I bet it's a bit naive to see an artists life like that, but I just like the idea!

Okay.. enough. The rest about me you will have to find out when we meet :)

PHILOSOPHY

Every day I try to do something that I've never done before :) I never want to stop learning and understanding this world. I belive strongly in causality and in my opinion we humans do not have a free will (sorry!). If you disagree I would love to discuss this with you :D

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For travelling I made the experience that spending time with local people is a hundered times more enjoyable and interesting than just being in that place. In my opinion a country is not a piece of land but consists of the people that live in there. Well it's a bit hard to explain what I mean.. maybe just imagine, if the whole population of your country would disapear, would your country still be there? So what's the meaning of going somewhere if you don't meet the people that live in there?!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Until now all my CS Experiences have been perfect! I thought we would live in a world where you can not trust people that you don't know. But on CS I met people that trusted me so much without knowing me.. I was suprised and it totally changed my view. This world is good! People are good!

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Some time ago I went fishing and there was a dramatic thunderstorm.. we spend the whole night under a giant umbrella watching lightnings and waiting for a bite. It was so.. I'll never forget that night.
