About Me
I love to snowboard; I have never traveled to Colorado and I am taking the opportunity to do a bit of spring skiing while in Denver for a conference in April.
Solo travel this time. I don't have many war stories but I do know how to make great Italian meatballs, my own vrsion of Chicken karaage, sung choi bao, chicarron salad, pao de queijo, caldo verde and fattoush and some others I can't think of right now! I like a good braai and ice cold pilsner!
