Overview
About Me
I'm a 22 year old student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). I'm studying psychology, with a minor in theatre. I love music and food; I bake bread as often as I can find time. I love spending quality time with friends and meeting new people! I'm also a big fan of the outdoors; I love to go hiking and camping whenever I get the chance.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am backpacking through Europe in Summer 2015, and I'd like to try to see more of the US in coming years too! I love traveling and meeting new people, so what better way to combine the two than couchsurfing?
Interests
Music (I play bass guitar, some trumpet, tuba, and I'm currently learning how to play the ukulele), live performance of all kinds (I love going to concerts and plays!), baking (especially bread), being outside :-)

Music, Movies, and Books
I really like electric dance music (Bassnectar, Pretty Lights, GRiZ) and jam bands (Lotus, STS9, Grateful Dead). I also like to listen to rock (Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Talking Heads). I can get down to anything with a groovy bass line! I'm not a big movie person, but I do like Tarantino movies (Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Inglorious Basterds). I've been reading the Game of Thrones books, and I like to read psychology and leadership theory.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In 2007 I marched in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City as a member of the Baltimore Ravens' Marching Band.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I always love to share a good laugh with anyone! I also really like to cook (especially bread), so I can help bring some great smells and tastes into a home with really simple ingredients.
