Overview
About Me
Hello mates! Honestly, I’m just an unextraodinary guy who was used to be a Math teacher for 7 years back to my hometown Hong Kong. To farewell my boring routine life, I quit my job and started travelling for 1 year. I found this was the best decision I’ve made so far. I wish I could share with you more.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Official answer would be getting more chances to meet with locals. It’s true. But as a long term traveler (since Sept 2017), I have to save money to make my trip longer. Your help would be a great, great pleasure, giving me FULL power to keep going.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love Spanish songs so much, though I don’t speak much. I am so in love with film. My favourite one is Billy Eilliot which is about a boy chasing his dream to be a ballet dancer but his dad wanted him to be a boxer. For books, I love all books written by my favourite American Afghan writer Khaled Hosseini. “A Thousand Splendid Suns” is definitely my favourite ever.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Going to Pakistan for volunteering at a primary school for 5 weeks. It’s a life-changing experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
I could surely share you about the Hong Kong culture (kind of a mix of Chinese and British) and its languages (both Mandarin and Cantonese). I do play a little guitar, but surely not a good singer. I would love to learn tradition food cooking, I’m a food addict!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories for my journey (not a romantic one). Laughters. My knowledge of teaching.
Countries I’ve Visited
Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Morocco, Nepal, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Viet Nam
