CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME
i am often described by my friends (when they are feeling kind) as being friendly and sociable, though I do also enjoy my own company, open-minded, a bit eccentric but sound of mind, just about! . i am a romantic idealist and i love to challenge my own perceptions and express myself through my music. i often get into the habit of getting into habits, so i must consciously force myself to try new things, food being a good example. i thrive on playing live music and being a kid again every once in a while. i love travelling a
PHILOSOPHY
we should follow the long and winding road, if it means we get to where we want to be. and not listen to people too much. especially parents. too often they want to relive their lives through us, but we shouldn't let that happen! it's cliched i know but many cliches are worthwhile taking note of and thinking about, they have happened before and most likely will happen again. never do anything half-heartedly! there is some of my worldly wisdom, as limited as it may be
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Interests
my main passion is writing pop songs, short stories and poems; my favourite artists include the beatles, rolling stones and bob dylan.i enjoy travelling and seeing flamboyant architecture aswell as reading science fiction and history books.i can often be found in a local bar or club. I'm probably better at drinking than I am at dancing, though that's not saying much! in short i love culture and yet I also like to let my hair down. i wouldnt mind travelling to most countries in the world, and the more different they are, the better. im trying to think of all the things i like off the top of my head, so as not to sound boring, but the fact is you can only know me from meeting me. All we are doing on here with our profiles is giving ourselves a few labels which people can relate to. that's fine but there's so much more to everyone! i like to treat every day as if it'snot only my last but also potentially a completely new one, filled with things that i've never done before, like being a child again, when time slows down and every experience is magic. this might sound a little immature and asking too much from life, and maybe a little bit of a waste of time, and it probably is! but i still try for it! and i love my girlfriend! i hope she reads this sometime, when she has access to facebook again!
