ABOUT ME

Hi,
My name is Paddy. I am currently living in Melbourne after working in Limerick for three years and after going to University there for 4 years. I am originally from the small town of Roscrea. I enjoy sports, movies and socializing and read the odd book or two! I recently moved to Melbourne after realising one of my life dreams and travelling around south east Asia for three months, amazing experience! Next year I hope to travel around south america!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe if you want something you should work really hard and get it! I always wanted to travel so took the big leap and left my job. Do not regret it for a second!

Anything in this life that is worth having does not come easy!

Better regret something you do than something you don't!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used to live with a friend who had a few people couch surf in the apartment but he has now moved out and I wanted to continue the trend.
So this year I have already hosted 4/5 different people/groups of people and it has all been a really positive experience! Couch surfing is really useful to me in Melbourne as I moved here on my own and it is a great way to meet new people!

I have a broad range in what films I like from the likes of Baraka to Borat! recently watched Argo, Zero Dark Thirty, American History X and 21 Jump Street and I enjoyed them all!
Also a wide range in music taste!
With books, I really like Bill Bryson!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I have always loved sea life and being in the water and last year I got to go snorkeling in the barrier reef so that was just brilliant, a dream come true.
I can add scuba diving to this too.
Travelling around south east Asia was absolutely brilliant
Bungee + Skydive off the bucket list too!
