We are just your average suburban couple. We go to work. We try to travel a little.

ABOUT ME

We are happy and comfortable in our lives. We would like to travel more, but life always seems to get in the way. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing recommendations for dining, entertainment, museums, books, and crazy events. We do not need to be entertained. We are interested, but laid back.

PHILOSOPHY

We are all an amalgamation of the people we have met. Hopefully we incorporate the things that we like in others and avoid the things that we dislike.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana. One year after hurricane Katrina. We helped drywall a home of an elderly woman. It wasn't so much helping this woman, though it was amazing and she was wonderful and grateful... It was the lack of change from a year before. It was the number of missing people painted on the garage doors of large four bedroom homes. It was the former school that was used to house the volunteers, and the two weeks or two months or eight months that the volunteers had been living on bare mattresses. People are amazing.
