ABOUT ME
I'm a fairly average 20 year old student with a love for film, music and partying. In between my bar and academic work, I'm also a (mostly) successful vegan of six months and a running obsessive. Occasionally I try to play the saxophone (Grade 5) and guitar (complete amateur.) I'm easygoing and am very embracing of new experiences and meeting new people (two things I hope couchsurfing can give me!)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am hoping to use couchsurf as both a host and a visitor! As someone who hasn't travelled much of the world yet, I feel it could give me the opportunity to explore as well as help others in a similar position to me.
As a student within a fairly big family I can only really host between the term months of September and May but I'm more than open to try and find a way to help anyone wanting to visit Yorkshire in the Summer months :)

Music, Movies, and Books
For leisure, I mostly stick to modern American literature eg. Cormac Mccarthy, Don Delillo, Bret Easton Ellis but I'll pick up anything that's lying around. Film and music wise, I'm a lot less fussy but I will generally spend whatever leftover money I have on gigs and music festivals.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can read music pretty well and I'm a fairly solid cocktail maker (alcoholic and non-alcoholic!) if you were ever looking to engage in the horrible world of bar work. I also know a lot about the land of Yorkshire and all the best bars, music venues and cinemas that are within it. I can also show the mediocrity of being a Leeds United fan should you be willing to put yourself through the pain.
