About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Back on the road again

ABOUT ME

Always wanting to have fun, to meet new people and generally enjoy life. As well as this I love to learn, if you're into something I don't know about- be prepared for many questions!

Slowly but surely turning into a big hippy, and enjoying it.

PHILOSOPHY

life is too short for crap people. but luckily I have found them a rare breed on couchsurfing

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Having couched surfed on my travels, I am now settled down and wanting to return the favor. I'm really excited about hosting!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couch surfed in East Canada- had a great time, met great people, inspired me to offer up my couch to travelers, unfortunately housemates weren't up for it.
Then went to South America and had an awesome time couchsurfing in Argentina and Chile. In Santiago, Chile I probably had the most memorable couchsurfing experience to date- our host Fetcha took us up to Cerro Pintor in the Andes and we watched the sun rise on Santiago 3000m below!

Interests

fly paper, missing change, central divisions, odd socks, iron railings, cork screws. the good stuff. And Oat Cakes- man do I love oat cakes. I'm a big international football fan and I have a passion for geography.

also anything that other people can get excited about- i'm fickle like that.

Terrible puns/jokes are my guilty pleasure.

Music, Movies, and Books

A huge list, this year I've come across the author Charles Portis, who wrote the book that turned into the film True Grit. His other works are also very good. Also China Meville- he is awesome.

I like a lot of different types of music, don't get me wrong, there's crap out there, but most genres have at least a couple of good artists.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've never paid for a haircut, if you can cut hair, I may call upon these skills.

Teach, Learn, Share

i can cook and drink really well, I can also teach you how to juggle if you would like to learn.
Also if you have any goats that need to be hand milked I'm pretty handy at that (boom!).

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Canada, Chile, France, Netherlands, Slovenia, Spain, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

United Kingdom, United States
