ABOUT ME

I'm a licensed teacher from the USA living the dream in Spain. Travelling around Europe, seeing as much as I can before the journey comes to an end. I enjoy sports and chatting about pretty much anything. Cultural experiences and a bit of tourism are the name of my game.

I'm pushing myself to experience new things, hence couch surfing, and exploring the world one day at a time. I draw energy from being around people and once I get to know someone a little bit I can become a very talkative person.

PHILOSOPHY

The amount I have learned from pushing myself to do things I never dreamed of is unimaginable and I plan on continuing with that trend.

I'm a bit timid to begin with but once I get to know people I enjoy good conversation and the ability to just relax and have a good time.

I have no couch surfing experience.

I'm pretty open to anything here. I'm a bit behind everything in terms of having seen movies, read books, etc, but I'm always down for a new experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelling to Switzerland and Valencia for Tomatina solo. The time I've spent travelling around and living in Spain has been something I will never ever forget.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like learning about the background of certain communities, especially around small towns. I have learned a fair amount about my small town of Ubrique and am capable of explaining some of the unique cultural rituals here such as the "fiesta de los gamones" in May.
