I've been blessed in my life. I enjoy sharing blessings with others, and meeting interesting people.

Interests

I think life should be lived with appreciation, in the moment, filled with adventure and new experiences, exploring the great outdoors, dancing, running, riding, having interesting and at times meaningful conversations, laughing, reading, sharing time, feelings and intimacies with loved ones and a lover, conserving our natural resources, volunteering to help those in need, being healthy and at peace.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy a lot of different genre of music, movies and books. I love pure blues, engaging historical fiction and personal adventure books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I served close to two and half years with the US Peace Corps in Jamaica, and I’ve worked the past 8 years in multiple countries with Medecins Sans Frontieres. Next to being a father to my (4) beautiful children, these are the most amazing things I've done.
