ABOUT ME

Using a super-dooper en vogue staccato asterisk infested introductory line I'd say: * chatty and cocky when comfortable, but also a bit shy really * usually connect to people via humor, that is Ricky Gervais and Monty Python and the like * social scientist-turned-IT-Manager * still a lot of things to do with my life - hence CS * rarely spend an evening not hanging out with my friends * and still so many places to see... :)

PHILOSOPHY

At the risk of sounding corny, I am deeply convinced that in the end, open-mindedness and friendlyness towards others will prevail. Kant...sort of ;)

Interessen

Travelling (obviously), Playing the guitar (though badly) and music. There are usually headphones tangling from my neck, as without music a day isn't really a day.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Movies would depend on my mood as I can watch almost everything from an artsy modern dance movie (happened recently) straight down to a solid action movie. Usually I go for sth with at least a little depth but if my friends command, I will obey ;) Lately however, the problem has been that I had already watched most of the movies available at the rental places. Good or bad? You judge...
Music wise it's pretty mucht the same. I can listen and, much more importantly, dance to almost everything. Currently, my playlist would include such bands as the great, yet highly underappreciated 'Someone still loves you Boris Yeltsin' (Songs: Think I wanna die & Some Constellation), Iron & Whine, Mumford & Sons, Tingvall Trio (Jazz), Veronica Maggio (Swedish Pop), Young the giant, The beautiful girls, etc.
Book are a peculiar thing. I love to read, yet seldom find the time to do so. I currently read 'The tender bar' by J.R. Moehringer, which I so far like a lot. Before that, I read 'julias Winsome' by Gerard Donovan. A bit too darksy for me. The current one is as well, so after that one I'm definately in for a feel-good novel.
