Here is one random fact about me, in lieu of an attempt at self-summary, because that's really hard:

I once rode my bike 232 miles in one day because I wanted to be too exhausted to think.

Sometimes to my chagrin, I have a hard time pinning this one down.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed just once -- in Austin, Texas, during a cross-country bicycle ride. Both the city and the host were new to me. Both were lovely.

I play guitar well, and find hard-to-equal pleasure in playing with others, particularly when a snifter of whiskey is involved.
