About Me

I'm originally from Poland. I love travelling, meeting new people and learning about different cultures.

I'm honest, outgoing and responsible. I'm sociable and positive person. I like hanging out with friends, laughing and partying - but also I like spending time in another way, like reading books, learning new things, new languages, visiting museums and talking about every topic.

In my free time I play drums, ride a bike and rollerblade. I am big fun of streetart.

I work as a Quality Assurance Engineer, I mostly focus on the quality of software. I have learned responsibility, assertiveness and teamwork. I like my job probably because I'm good at, and I've met a lot of great people there.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't like travelling in a standard way, I hate pre-planned travels by travel agencies. I always "prepare" and plan my travels on my own and I am looking for places to stay through airbnb or couchsurfing - this is mainly because you can meet people who originally come from given country. There is no way better to learn about culture/places/habits than meeting people and spending time and talking with them. I'm on couchsurfing to make my travelling better, to spend great time with interesting people who could show me something more than museums and monuments.

I'm also here because I'm open to meet up with people in my country, especially in my city. I can show you best restaurants, nice places, good events. It is also possible to host you at my place - I have a big couch for even 3 people.

Interests

Travelling - I have visited a lot of countries but it's still not enough for me.
I'm doing all best to travel as much as it is possible.

Reading books - modern literature, reportages, biographies and books about IT.

Different cultures - it's amazing how different cultures are in the whole world, and how different people I have met in my not so long life :) I watch tv programs - travel channels and read books about it very often. But the best opportunity to get to know it is travelling and meeting people!

Sport: fitness training, swimming, riding bike and rollerblading

Music: Alternative rock and indie rock. I learn playing drums.
