Trying to make the most of my youth, or at least trying to try! The great diversity of this planet encourages me to discover as much of it as possible; I think it would be a sin not to! I'm an International Relations student at Leiden University (the Netherlands), and I try my best to joke about everything.

I am genuinely interested in absorbing as much local knowledge as possible and I love when people break my mental schemes of what I expect or believe.

Fun fact: my name is one of the worst words for "dick" in Brazilian Portuguese and one kind of Indian bread

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I think Couchsurfing is about the REAL way to travel; this is, knowing local people with all of their background and establishing endurable, sincere relations no matter the cultural or ideological differences. That is why I think "touristing" and travelling are not exactly the same, as the former is a commercialization of places and a banalisation of culture and heritage. I think I am a person who knows how to indentify the important things in life and set the rest apart, which I consider that makes happiness just a small step closer.
