I'm a french midwife and I graduated last year. Then after working few months in Belgium I traveled by my own during 6 months in south-east Asia and New Caledonia*. Then back to Brussel where we just moved-in with my boyfriend (Timo de la Salle, you can find him on couchsurfing).

I love meeting new people, I'm open-minded, and I love discovering new things, new places, new ways of living, of thinking,...

I stayed in people's place when I was traveling, now it's my turn to host people ;)

I think it's a very interesting way of traveling: you don't stay in a hotel room alone, you meet directly people from the place you're visiting. It's a great way to make new friends, see things you wouldn't have even thought about. ;)

It's hard to summer my interests, and I love when somebody shares his own passions!

音乐、电影和书籍

Music: I'm old-fashioned for that, I mostly listen to 60's-70's-80's songs on my vinyls (The Beatles, Led Zepplin, Lou Reed, Bob Dylan, Queen, The Animals, The Who, Dire Straits,...). But I kinda enjoy most of kind of music: rock, pop, reggae, class jazz, chill, hip hop, dub, sometimes commercial (eh, not everything is bad in commercial music),... Artists I have in mind: Ratatat, Muse, Kaleo, Awolnation, Cocoon, Arcade Fire, Grammatik,...

Books: I used to read a lot of books! Now I don't have so much time because of my studies but I love Werber, E-E Schmitt, Nothomb, and some unknown authors... I also recently discovered M. Ricard and his books about buddhism and right now I'm in a phase where a read a lot about meditation, non violence, etc...

Movies: I like Burton, Wachowski, Tarantino... I like mind-fuck movies, and strange-but cute- movies (In Time, Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind, Hasta La Vista for example). If a movie is about traveling there's a big chance that I love it (Life of Pie, Into The Wild and others). I really enjoy committed movies (Harvey Milk, Welcome, Human)
I also like series (Marvel's, Sherlocks, Black Mirror, New Girl, Sense 8 Community,... and so many others!). Yeah, I used to be a binge watcher...

I carry Dario, a rubber duck, during every trip I do since I started to travel about 6 years ago. And I only lost it once.

I can cook, talk about my job and feminism if you want to know more about it, share my interrests, movies and book references, discussions about politics, medias, cultures, meditation, travels and other subjects!

I lived in Brussel during 4 years for my studies so I know a little the town and can show you around, but I still have a lot to discover!

I would love to learn a new language, a least few words of whatever you speak :)
