Hey all! I'm Paul. I currently live in Prague and will be travelling for various reasons while I'm here. I coach the Czech Women's National Ultimate Frisbee team, how's that for a cool job? I've been playing Ultimate (frisbee) for 17 years now and have traveled the world playing, and have coached women's Ultimate for about 10 years which has now opened up a great opportunity. OTHER INTERESTS BESIDES FRISBEE..... I love traveling obviously, live music, films, food, wine, dogs... you know, things everyone else likes. I'm pretty outgoing and love good quality conversation. Also, very easy going, open minded, and adaptable. From 12/15 to 12/27 I'll be traveling with my little sister (not biological) Kendra, her pics are in my profile. She's probably the sweetest person alive.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Again, traveling. And I love traveling where I can meet people too. I don't like the coldness of an empty airbnb or a hotel. And though I love hostels, sometimes being the old (ugh, I'm only 35...) dude among the twenty sometimes doesn't go over so well. Some good forever friends would be nice to have too!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - Been listening to the Smiths, Calypso, doowop, and second wave ska a lot lately. But my interests range from punk to hip hop, metal to country.
Movies - Any Wes Anderson films, as cliche as that is. Love indie, horror, and foreign films.
Books - I read a lot of philosophy. It's pretty dry, but I like it. Outside of that, Palahniuk has been a go to. Trying to get around to the classics!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Oh man. One?! Okay. Well, one time I hitchhiked across europe, stayed in a tent most nights, and spent less than $100 the whole time. I even milked a goat for breakfast.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Frisbee. I can talk your ears off about it. But, really, I'm well rounded. I can cook! Language exchanges are fun too. I can speak English or Spanish with you. I am also happy to provide company... listen to some music, watch some film, just enjoy wine. Whatever!
