Hi everybody, i am Paul originally from Berlin. At the moment I am working at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research and am trying to obtain my PhD.

Parallel to my studies I am trying to learn as much as i can about more cool stuff. Especially music has evolved as one of my passions. I love singing and enjoy making music with people and of course listening to music. As I play(ed) in a band myself, i especially enjoy hand-made music.

When I'm not doing something with music I am usually engaging in some kind of sport. Any sports is good sports. But if you need soccer or beachvolleyball player, i am definitely your man. ;) (Or was: Corona, Age and home office have not been kind to me - but I’ll get back to my old shape, eventually.^^)

A good day for me starts with a strong coffee and ends with a tasty beer with friends.

Interests

I'd like to say about myself, that I can take interest in all things. Probably that's not completely true, but it's definetly something to aspire to.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy hand-made and vocal music the most - this includes almost all genres. In summertime I've been visiting the biggest folk music festival in Europe in Rudolstadt - always a highlight of my year :)

When I was younger I also used to read a lot of books. Unfortunately this changed a little bit since i've been studying...Lately I've been reading mostly scientific publications - very entertaining.

Teach, Learn, Share

Lets have beer, do some sports together or make some music, we'll find something for sure. ;)

If you like I can show you some basics on the guitar, the ukulele or the double bass (if you have one standing around somewhere:D).
