About Me

I'm a 21 years old french Computer Science student. I just finished my studies actually and am starting an internship on Tuesday, the 7th. I've been to the UK once, last summer, with my brother. We spent two weeks there and visited Scotland with a friend of his. I am already used to living with people, as I come from a family of nine, and as I lived in a shared flat with two friends during this school year. I'd say I am a quiet guy, but also fun and friendly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'll be spending five months in London, during which I'll be an IT intern in a company based in Soho.
I arrived in London on Sunday evening and for simplicity sake I stayed in a youth hostel for the first night. Unfortunately, the place is quite pricey, so finding a couchsurfing would be way more convenient.

Interests

My hobbies include visiting museums, writing, reading, coding on my computer, listening to music, as well as going out with friends. I used to draw a lot as part of my studies, and even if I do way less now that I've changed field, I still like doing some lettering or little sketches.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music : Although I mostly listen to electro and post-rock music, I am quite open minded and love to discover new things.
At the moment, I'd say my favorite groups and musician are : Gesaffestein, Justice, Madeon, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, M83, Vitallic, Daft Punk, Sexy Sushi, Orelsan, Rodrigo Y Gabriella, Archice, Fauve, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Stromae

Movies : I watch a lot of movies these days. I like watching a wide range of movies, from Wes Anderson to Marvel, although I usually avoid cheap comedies. Save for extremely stupid and awesome ones like John dies at the end.

Books : Although I used to read a lot as a child and teenager, I do it quite less these days. I still like reading easy stuff in English (Hunger Games for example), so as to grow my ease with the language. And annals of the Disc World, in French, as the translation is absolutely awesome.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Switch studies and go live across the country! It was probably the best decision I ever made.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook, draw, some say I am good at telling stories

Countries I’ve Visited

Germany, Portugal, Scotland, Spain
