I love all kinds of music, but especially Hip Hop, Indie, Reggae, Funk / Soul, Motown, Blues, Jazz.

MOVIES

Beasts of the Southern Wild, 180 Degrees South (amazing movie), The Warriors, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Quentin Tarantino with Pulp Fiction being my favorite, Snatch, Wes Anderson (toss up between Royal Tennenbaums and Life Aquatic), The Blues Brothers, Wayne's World, Ghost Busters, Trainspotting, Beginners, Airplane, Office Space, anything Bill Murray

BOOKS

Huge fan of picking up random books at book exchanges and giving them a go. Last couple books I've picked up: Basketball Diaries, The Brief and Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao, 4 Hour Workweek, The Nimrod Flip-Out (hilarious, highly recommend)

Traveled from Sydney to the Great Barrier Reef and back (35 hours one way) in a $500 P.O.S. car with bald tires and hot roads. Had only 6 days to make the entire trip happen. Still have no idea how we pulled it off...
