About Me
It's kinda hard to give you an idea about me in just a paragraph or two, but I guess it's about making do with what you have.
So... Where to begin? Born and raised in London. When I was 20 years old I somehow got the idea in my head that back0acking across Australia would be a pretty good idea. So I spent a year in the country and I have to say: it was one if the best decisions of my life! It awoke a sleeping passion of mine: TRAVELLING!
Since then, I've been to the likes of Thailand (4 times), where I attended the Full Moon Party in Koh Phangan. Indonesia (My favourite) surfing in Bali and trekking Volcanos in Ubud. New Zealand (Spent a total of 18 months there) and many more places. I don't want to hit every country in the world, but at least every contienent.
I'm very laid back and easy to get along with. Very open minded and always looking to try new things: Be it activities or food. I like to keep fit so rock climbing is a big hobby of mine and I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy a nice cold beer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have a trip comming up. I'll be heading to Japan for 16 days! Very excited but I also realise that I'll be a stranger in a big city.
Normally, when I travel I like to stay at hostels. It saves on money and I get to meet other backpackers. I intend to do so on this trip bit what is really love to do as well is meet up with a local. So I can see Japan from their perspective. I'd love to be able to tell them all about UK, maybe they can show me great places to eat and sights to see. If they can host me for a night or two them even better!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music:
So music I'm a huge Avichii fan. Don't think I've ever heard a piece of music by him I dislike. I enjoy some upbeat stuff like Train or sometimes something a bit out of my region like Jpop or Brazillian music.
Books:
Throughout my travels I've been reading The Dark Tower series by Stephen King. I also enjoy self development books.
Movies:
Love a good horror providing it is able to scare and I've someone to enjoy it with. No sense watching it by myself. Typical lad, I enjoy all those Super Hero movies like Ironman and The Avengers. Sit me in front of Lord of the Rings and I'm happy. I've never seen Harry Potter though.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went to Cambodia for a number of reasons but one thing I really wanted to do was see Akor Watt. One of the 8 wonders of the world.
I couldn't decide weather to go early in the day and see sunrise of late in the day for sunset.
So what did I do? Bought the 3 day pass. So I was able to see both. I'd like to use the word "breathtaking" but that really doesn't cover it at all!!
