Google Duncans Cove. An old fishing village 25 min (car) from Halifax near bus route (45m-1.5hr) but I drive in and out most days.

I live in an idyllic little cabin with a wood stove by the ocean surrounded by a nature reserve and some of the best hikes in the province. Very big couch and a futon by the wood stove.
