Overview
About Me
I am divorced for many years, heterosexual, in good health, with no addictive habits, except more travel. I have worked in high tech jobs (computer programmer, technical writer) in the U.S. for almost all of my professional career. I enjoy biking, swimming, basketball, tennis, skating, snorkeling (no scuba), walking, and hiking. I have many intellectual interests, and I do lots of reading during each week. I am able to perform a little long-distance work (based in the U.S.) over the Internet as I travel.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
7 de marzo 2016 ... I just finished a visit of 18 months (no couches!) in Bogota, Colombia ... This is a new experience for me, and I hope to meet compatible persons to become friends and to accomplish some reciprocity during each visit. I am happy to perform various kinds of errands and chores, and I will be interested to experience the local culture, foods, leisure activities, and so on. This travel will add to my experience of cultural exchange and about living authentically as well.
