Hi !
I'm Paul from France. I'm currently taking a gap year before completing my last year at university. I'm travelling with my girlfriend. We were in India and Nepal before and now we're making our way back to France from Georgia exclusively by land.
We really enjoyed India and Nepal but one important thing was missing: meeting people, meeting locals. Joining CS was the solution.
Since we've been in Turkey we've met so many kind and welcoming people.
My profile on CS is quite new, but we've already had several experiences as surfers.

A little bit more :
I worked in a hotel in the French Alps to earn some money for this gap year.
I study Geosciences : geology and hydrology. Basically rocks and water.
My university is in Bordeaux (famous for its wine 🍷)
I also spent one semester abroad studying in Tübingen in Germany.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While travelling I really want to meet people and discover new culture. For me it's the best way to travel, sharing moments with locals.
