I am an ambivert. I like to talk, get to know people and engage in activities with others. At the same time I also enjoy calm and quiet surroundings and the silence and the peace of mind they provide.

I am a rebel. I defy the status quo. I would like to do things my way. And always despise what the crowd thinks and behaves.

I am detached. I am not considered about the short term effects of actions and events. What concerns me is the long term value it provides. I take time to make decisions. I hate rushing. As the proverb says,"Slow and steady wins the race."

I am a person who would like to live a life without regrets. I would like to have a variety of adventures and experiences. Like to meet people from different cultures with different tastes. Would like to stay with the locals, eat with the locals and roam around with them. To enjoy any place you need someone with the right mindset and someone who knows the place well.

Couchsurfing, provides a great platform for socializing with like minded individuals. As it is said, "Birds of a feather flock together.

Music, Movies, and Books

The most played number on my playlist is the "Summer of 69" by Bryan Adams. I am a huge fan of MJ. Also in my list of musicians are Yanni, RD Burman, AR Rahman and Frank Sinatra.

My favourite movie is "The Sound of Music." Apart from that I am a fan of Steven Spielberg, Tom Hanks, Majeed Majeedi and Jerry Bruckheimer films.

I mostly read non-fiction. Any book on Business, Investing and Human Psychology is welcome. My favourite book is "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. That book changed my perception about a lot of things. That is one book I suggest to almost everyone I know.

Lately, I have started reading fiction. Started with Paulo Coelho and is now reading "One Hundred Years of Solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

Teach, Learn, Share

Oh !!! this is my favorite section. Of all the things I love doing, this tops the list. I have that innate ability to explain concepts to others in a simple and transparent manner. Topics I like are Business and Investing. Being a Financial Planner I would like to help others to prioritize their financial goals and resources. I know this is a problem area for many. Trust me, this is one area I excel. I can leave you with a better understanding of how money works.

I would like to try my hands in cooking, yoga and any other skills or arts I find interesting. I do not want to restrict myself to something. So anything is fine as long as I learn something new and updates myself. " A jack of all trades, master of none. But oftentimes better than a master of one."

The best thing I can share is my time. As I believe that is one thing that you cannot take back. If are social activist or an entrepreneur who is looking for a sidekick or a buddy, you can find in me a friend, partner or a brother.
