About Me

CURRENT MISSION

run from narcism.

ABOUT ME

I enjoy people, even when you or they are not of the agreeable type. I am a sarcastic person, not always true with the way I feel. But I'll listen, and I'll talk to anybody, anytime, anywhere. I studied family science because its where all of our problems come from. Families cultivate racism, sexism, hierarchies, etc. Interventions start in family life.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a follower of Christ's way. I think Jesus is an example that I can not ignore, but also understand that not everybody is for him. I'll share anything specific I believe about God/Jesus, but only if you want to hear it. I think we should love above all things, all is second. I think we shouldn't settle for anything we just hear, see, or feel. Our society and our own minds betray us, we need to be the protesters of this injustice, and then all the injustice that has succeeded in being thought of as normal. But it starts with the self.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I give all my energy to the people and events that I occupy. If I am somewhere, I try to be all there. I love to drink, I love to smoke, both are ways in which connection and conversation thrive.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love the essence of couch-surfing, even though I've only stayed over with one person. It was a neat trip up to Montreal for a week, my host was amazing and genuinely took interest in me and my partner's lives. Hoping for more of the same.

Interests

Foosball, small cigars, folk music, large things (cities, oceans, mountains, rivers, buildings, slides..), languages, religion/beliefs, family, employers, movies that make men cry, cooking, photography.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like to read, but my eyes hurt sometimes. I like movies that make you question reality, music that makes you weep, and books that you dream about after reading.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Meditated for a whole day. I don't know if everyone should meditate, but it sure was a new and surreal time for me.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will play chess, cards, and games of all types with hosts and learn new ones or teach them. I can share my interest in bicycles and modes of transportation.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Mexico, Thailand

Countries I’ve Lived In
