About Me

CURRENT MISSION

living the "student-way-of-life"

ABOUT ME

I started couchsurfing in 2012, when I finished school and went on a trip to Dubai, New Zealand and Australia. It's been a great time, but now I've just started to study in Leipzig. CS turned out to be perfect to meet fascinating people and having inspiring conversations. I really think that it depends on the people you meet how remarkable your trip is.

PHILOSOPHY

'The only wrong decision you can make, is to make no decision at all.'

- Alan Donovan

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used it quite a bit on my travels around the world and it's always been a pleasure to surf! I totally like the idea of it and I met some really good friends on the way. Back in Germany, I am keen on hosting people to return the favour and show them 'round :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had my first CS experiences in Dubai and the guys I met there were making my trip worth it. New Zealand wouldn't have been the same without the people I met through CS and together with my girlfriend, we experienced the real australian way of life by surfing a lot of couches. Havn't done any hosting so far, but you are always welcome to visit :)

Interests

I've always liked to do a large variety of sports such as hockey, soccer, athletics and other kind of sports. Besides I've played the guitar since I was 8 and I really enjoy playing in a band and having gigs. Otherwise I spend my time with the people I like most and enjoy going out, doing little trips together or just hanging out every now and again. Basically, the people surounding me are making my life really worth living.

Music, Movies & Books

There is lots to mention here but I just give you a few examples: Forrest Gump, Walk The Line, The Sting Coldplay, Mando Diao, Boyce Avenue Ken Follett, Dan Brown

One Amazing Thing I've Done

Seeing Uluru at dusk. Doing 16.000 km around Australia without hitting a kangoroo.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always keen to learn from other people's way of life and to share my own skills, including some on the guitar ;)

Countries I've Visited

Australia, Cuba, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I've Lived In

Germany, United Kingdom
