Overview
About Me
Currently working as an IT Projects Engineer, specifically in the hospitality industry, so my career involves a fair amount of travel.
Glass half full or empty? Its a chance to quench your thirst. More of an opportunist than optimist/ pessimist.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I travel a lot for work so it’s nice to hang out with people in new cities while I’m away.
Interests
live gigs in small venues. Having a decent group of mates. A game of pool every now and then. I'm interested in seeing more of the UK and Europe, but have not got round to it.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: I'll happily sit and watch anything, although I tend to enjoy horror and sci-fi movies more than other genres!
Music: very eclectic taste. Anything from acoustic to metal to EDM to classical.
Books: I do like a Stephen King Novel, currently reading Under The Dome. Highly recommend you give it a look
I'm not just a book worm and a movie nerd, I also enjoy hiking, camping and trying new things
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Solo backpacking in Thailand.
When I was in Croatia: Seeing the sun set into the sea, then a few hours later, the moon follow suit. I had and have not since seen such a clear sky with so many stars and no moon.
Hiking up a mountain in Switzerland and witnessing an avalanche of snow. The sound was incredible, just lucky it was on a mountain across the gorge, otherwise I'd have probably been buried!
Visited Yosemite National Park, it was utterly breathtaking.
Teach, Learn, Share
Coming up blank here, hopefully I'll think of something meaningful and worth reading! More of a doer/ demonstrator than a descriptor! Relatively handy with computers
Countries I’ve Visited
