About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To find a pocket to hold my groove....

ABOUT ME

I'm one of those people that is terrible at writing serious personal descriptions. So if I happen to mention that I am some kind of swamp monster from Northern Iceland (do they have swamps in Iceland?), or that I can touch my elbows behind my back (try it sometime), I'm probably not being serious. Did I happen to mention that I'm a swamp monster from iceland who can touch my elbows behind my back? \

If I haven't lost your attention yet, here is some real and possibly relevant information about me:

Im 21 years old from Toronto Canada originally and now I study in Montreal. I enjoy long walks in the snow (no beaches in winter), reading, writing, making dumb jokes, laughing at dumb jokes, cooking, the poor- student life. Theres more probably but it's time for my nap soon, so ask me if you are still interested

PHILOSOPHY

I live life by passion, not to be confused with impulse. I don't just do what I want, I do what I need to do, and normally it ends up being what I wanted to do anyway. I never stop asking questions, Never Hesitate, Never Regret. Never apologize for things I can't apologize for. I don't have any cool quotes unfortunately so I apologize in advance for not being that cool.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have never participated in a successful couch surf, or at least one through CS.com, but I've had a lot of squatters park themselves on my couch sometimes for weeks or months at a time, Does that count? Couch surfing as a cross-cultural bridge seems to be a fantastic way of traveling in the least exploitative way possible. So I participate with my enthusiasm, and hopefully soon my first couch-surf.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got lost in a desert once for two days. Barely enough water, no shelter.I was delirious, but not because I was wrought with fear and confusion, but I saw everything and nothing at the very same time in this place and I will never forget it.

Teach, Learn, Share

Im not very good at drawing up lists of details about myself, maybe that's something I want to learn how to do? In all seriousness, I can't really say what I can teach because I only know what it is when someone brings it out of me, when I am in dialogue with someone. Teaching and Learning are not static, it is the idea of engagement, exchange, the beauty of two people or more communicating with one another; equally.
