I love to travel (why else would I be here?!), but it's more than just the destination, it's definitely about the people. I'm friendly,outgoing and love to explore and have new experiences and meet new people. I think Manchester is a great city and I'd like to see your city too :-)

I'm hoping to get some more travelling done in the next year or two and hope to take advantage of this site. But also feel it's only fair to play the host from time to time as well.

Books: too numerous to mention.. Graham Greene, Jane Austen, Isobel Allende, William Boyd. Contemporary fiction with the odd modern classic thrown in. Also open to suggestions and recommendations.
Music: Teddy Thompson, John Grant, Aretha Franklin,Beethoven,Ella Fitzgerald, Florence and the machine, I am Kloot, Jose Feliciano, Bach. I can probably do Madonna through to Wagner.
