I'am a 23 year-old girl who got an opportunity to live for one year in Cambridge, England. My boyfriend, Sebastian, came with me to the UK and we are getting to know the places around here. I was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where I used to live and where I was studying medicine (4th year) that I love. I have one older brother, one younger sister and two beatiful dogs. My parents always taught me to have respect for other people, independently of their taste, skin colour, amount of money or culture, so I believe I am a non-prejudice person.
Since I was a little girl, my dad taught me how to play soccer and made me passioned about it. I also like to meet new people, places and landscapes andI love being in contact with nature, specially with animals.
I'm addicted to all kinds of movies and series and I enjoy indie or alternative songs.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've heard a lot about couchsurfing, my cousin already did it and one friend of mine is receiveing a guy from Holland here and I think that being in Europe is a great opportunity for me to travel among diferent countries. I think I could also receive someone in my accomodation.

Interests

I think that I was completely right when I choose medicine because now I am fascinated and passioned about it. I love playing soccer, watching movies and reading books. I am a nature and animals friendly too. I am very interested in meeting new people, new cultures and maybe learning some new languages.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite type of music is Indie and at the moment I am addicted to the song "Cough Syrup-Young the Giant" and "The Great Escape - Patrick Watson". Favorite movie is more difficult to answer because I have a lot of favorites, but I think I would say "Forest Gump". The book choice would have to be "Cutting for Stone: a novel", I really enjoyed that book.
