About Me
Hi i am Paula and currently finishing my studies in mechanical engineering with a focus on renewable energies. I love doing Yoga and am new in roller-skating, love it as well! I try to live as climate-friendly as i can and eat mostly vegan. Sometime in the future i would love to try alternative lifestyles like a comune or a house somewhere in nature :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Would love to travel in an authentic way meeting locals and making friends. I am spontaneous and love to experience fun random stuff! I feel like the best things always happen unexpectedly :) wether we have a beer, walk through the city, play cardgames, visit some spot in nature or cook some typical meal together (without meat though haha), i would love it!

I am a big book-lover and currently read some contemporary literature like Ottessa Moshfegh. Getting started as well on black feminism and into Toni Morrison <3 Also i love classics like Simone de Beauvoir, Herrmann Hesse, Jane Austen. My all-time favourite is Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger
Not a huge movie enthusiast, but would love to see more. Loved Saltburn, Girl, Interrupted and Forrest Gump
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I think traveling to south america at all was super amazing and getting to know the super kind people there :)
Teach, Learn, Share
for me, traveling is not just about the craziest moments or adrenaline-kicks (eventhough they´re not bad), its emerging oneself in a different lifestyle, getting to see the world from another perspective, questioning things you learned along the way and how our world works.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am up for language exchange, having a drink together or maybe food :)
