Hi there! I'm Paula, an enthusiastic traveller currently living in Romania.
I have recently finished my studies and have a Marketing degree and since my graduation I've been a bit adventurous and have tried to get around the world, explore it and possibly find a place where I would want to settle down.
I like to keep myself busy, have as many activities as possible, doing important things with my life and generally I'm curious and willing to try things I've never tried before.
I prefer being productive during my travels therefore the best travelling scenario for me would be getting to know this awesome world while working combined with exploring cultures/meeting people/seeing places.
I have a passion for foreign languages and I am now trying to improve my Spanish and get my French to a decent level.
I am a people person, love the positive thinkers and people who are generally in a happy and good mood.

I'm here because I believe that getting in touch with locals offers a genuine travel experience.I have tried couchsurfing a few times before and met amazing people through it.

I am constantly interested in my self improvement and for me travelling plays a huge role in that. I do believe this world is amazing, has so much to offer and it's worth exploring. Meeting new and interesting people is probably the best part of it, as I almost always find myself inspired and get some great ideas from them.

As a movie lover these are some of my favorite titles: The Prestige, 3 Idiots, Slumdog Millionaire, Catch me if you can, A beautiful mind and the list could go on....
My absolutely favorite TV show is FRIENDS.
As for books, I find Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist truly inspiring.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I have recently came back from a 3-month internship in Indonesia. My whole experience there was amazing - I have met the most generous and friendly people, tasted delicious food, visited some amazing and exotic places and had the chance to be a co-host on a radio talk show.
Living and working there definitely gave me a different perspective on life and taught me some new life values.
