I love connecting with people, listening, contemplating and sharing moments of stillness. Everyone carries a piece of the puzzle, everyone can help each other become brighter and more beautiful.
I am currently on a fellowship year traveling around different countries and learning how practices of reverence and devotion induce meditative states of mind. Moving through agricultural, artisanal and religious communities.
