Hey, I‘m Paula. I‘m 23 years old and between Bachelor and Master. Last summer I finished my bachelor in history of art in Münster. Than I planed to travel. I stayed three month in Indonesia, Nepal and Kyrgisian. Now I‘m quiet early back home in Germany because of Corona.. but I don‘t want to stay for months at home without anything to do, so I planed to go by bike for some weeks in Germany. It‘s quiet save and I can visit a lot of beautiful places.
I know that sleeping at a strangers home is difficult.. but maybe you have the possibility and space? Or at least you would like to show me your favourite coffeeshop or hiking path where we good go with distance?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First of all, Couchsurfing is a great web page and also community! It makes travelling much more brilliant and also easier to get to know countries, landscape, citys, neighbourhoods and natives.
I create my account for my round trip after school.

Interests

Of course I love to travel! Meet new people, get to know other cultures and see beautiful places.
At home I like to do sports, especially fieldhockey. When I´m on my own I´m trying to be creative like painting or I´m watsching movies or listening to music. I love to meet my friends: just for a coffe and a talk or to go out somewhere. In the evening I like going in a bar or playing boardgames. And finally I like to cook together with others and particulary eat together.

Music, Movies, and Books

I´m listening to different kinds of music but I really like rockmusic, for example Breaking Benjamin.
It´s the same with movies. From action films with Jason Statham to romantic comedy with Julia Roberts or touching comedy with Omar Sy and also the old Disney movies.
My favourite books play usually half in the past and half now and there is a special connection between these times you don´t know in the beginning.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Iceland during a hike I discalculated the food and so after some days I had no more food and there was no shop. Than I met at the sleeping place to very friendly groups who gave me without I had to ask a plate of their food, a hugh plate! They wanted nothing for this, just the promise, that I will do the same to others in future. And I will!
