About Me

At the moment I'm living in Dublin, my hometown. I spent a lot of the last 10 years travelling and living elsewhere, Guatemala and Mexico mostly, and now I'm back and attempting to put down some roots here. I love to travel though and it will always be a big part of my life I think.. I love the freedom of picking up my bag and going somewhere new. Spirituality is my main focus in life. My favourite conversations are ones about the meaning of existence. I love making soul connections. I love to know what moves people and drives them... don't care so much what movies they're into :D

I host Cacao Ceremonies here in Dublin, and teach yin and chocolate yoga and host Cacao Dances. I love my "work".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been travelling for a long time now and I'm at a a stage where the backpacker scene doesn't really seem to fit anymore. I would much rather spend time with like minded people in a less transient setting and getting to know people on a deeper level. I have couchsurfed a few times and each time has been a really beautiful experience and I felt like I got to know the place beyond the surface level.

Interests

CACAO!! :D
I spend a lot of time meditating, contemplating, being in nature. I'm working with cacao at the moment a lot, both by myself as part of my practice and also leading mediation ceremonies using cacao as a plant medicine. It's been such an amazing journey so far and I am so happy to share it wherever I go... I always have some in my bag with me!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies that are interesting, books that teach me something and music that lifts my spirits.

I read a lot of spiritual books that explore the nature of reality and consciousness, the heart, the intricacies of the human and collective experience. But I also love to get lost in a good novel. Same goes for movies. I watch a lot of talks by spiritual teachers and I also love to veg in front of a good series sometimes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

No idea where to start... way too many to mention.

Waking up to the pink sky outside my window before the sun rises over the volcanoes of lake Atitlan, Guatemala, with Fuego volcano erupting in the distance. Made me feel so lucky every day!

Teach, Learn, Share

I really love to share Cacao as I travel.

In a Cacao ceremony we drink sacred cacao from Guatemala which is pure unprocessed cacao and contains about 90% more active ingredients than store bought chocolate. It's a heart opener and meditation facilitator, helping you to get more in tune with higher energies, as well as the internal energies and processes happening within you.
