ABOUT ME

I am sociable English/ Kiwi, laid back but interested in life, culture and ideas.
I have traveled a lot, mainly in Asia and Europe, and have several more trips in mind... especially to south and central America, Cuba and the Middle East... sooner rather than later hopefully.
Please come and distract us with your tales of adventure on the high seas, your music, your photographs, and your thoughts on life, the path, the universe and everything.
I keep myself occupied by practicing yoga most days, going to gigs, reading lots, watching good films and documentaries, sporadically attending group sits at the local monastery, going to night classes, walking to the sea, getting out of town...
I don't smoke , I drink a bit, I been vegetarian for ages and love to cook, laugh and have a good time.

Teach, Learn, Share

Paul is a skilled and experienced Thai masseur in the traditional style, he started learning in Thailand 17 years ago and still goes back there regularly to study with his teacher.
So if you have aches and pains an hour or two with him may be just what you need, at very reasonable rates.
