About Me
First came to Kenya eight years ago – what was originally planned as a short three week trip spiralled into nearly a year of travel around east and southern Africa! (Four months of which was spent in Kenya). Coming back for a month of May for three weeks of work, and one week of travel. Hoping to have as much of a good time as I did the first time – and the people I met were a huge part of that!
In my normal life, I live in London and work as a writer for an advertising company. And much as I love the city for the music, food, exhibitions, pubs and nightlife, I try to get out into the countryside when I can – I like to run, hike, and camp when I can! Besides that I like most of the usual things – cooking, discovering new music, cinema, and football (watching mostly, though occasionally I play (very badly))
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
