My name is Paulin.
I'm 18 years old and I come from Belgium. I've finished my secondary studies in September, and now I'm taking a year off before going to university to study civil engineering (I already passed the admission exam)
I started traveling in September, in Rwanda for 3 months! Then in Morocco for 2 months and now I'm back in Belgium (because of covid19)

To meet new people ;-). Travelling is not about the places we see but the people we meet

What I like most is learning/discovering new things, that's why I travel!

I love hiking, running and biking. Travelling and adventure, not caring about tomorrow and just enjoying the present.

I also like Science, computer science, technology, video games, reading, piano (I've been playing for 7 years),....

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Travel alone in Africa, Rwanda while I'm only 17
- Lived one year in Syria (in 2005, long before the war)
- Lived a month and a half in syrian refugee camp in Lebanon, while going to Lebanese secundary school
- I've swimmed in the dead sea in Jordan
- I've climbed 2 volcanoes (Mt Fuji, Japan, and Mt Bisoké, Rwanda), in the rain, from the beginning to the end, both volcanoes 😅..
- Finished half-marathon in 1h45
- Had 100% at math exam (first time in the teacher career)

... And many more, but I hope it's only the beginning!
