Overview
About Me
Polish girl living in Northerh Spain with my boyfriend Alex and our amazing, well-educated and friendly cat called Gato.
I'm foreign languages freak, graduated in French and Spanish linguistics that recently discovered latin dance (a looong way to make it not-pathetic). I've also spent few years of my life (and a lot of money) on visitng musical theatres - now I control it a bit.
Till now I couldn't host anybody but better time has finally come. So if you want to see amazing coast of northern Spain, you're more than invited! Just kindly take some time to input a reference to any info that I wrote in the profile, so that I know that you made an effort to read it... Sorry, but we usually don't accept people that send copy/paste messages.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet people from other countries, to share stories, diferent experiences and to see cultural diferences, especially the small ones that you'd never think they might even exist (...as a teenager I never thought that in the future I would eat pasta with bread...impressive! :))
Besides, it's an amazing way to improve my languages skills and not to forget what I've learned so far, and obviously to see this real part and local people from the place while travelling, or to have some almost travel-like mood while hosting.

Music, Movies, and Books
When it comes to movies and books, I'm rather a realistic person. I prefer dramas, biographies, historical things to all fantasy-related stories. That would be for example, french realism and naturalism ('Les Miserables' by Victor Hugo, Emile Zola, Balzac is fine too), also Dostoyevski ('Crime and Punishment'-totally yes!). Recently, I read rather journalistic, political, historical, etc. books (recently 'Sapiens' and 'Homo Deus' by Yuval Noah Harari)
With movies it's rather similar... Documentaries, dramas and psychological movies that's my thing.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Moving to another country and leaving my whole life behind for love... I guess that might be this :)
