COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have no specific experiences with couch surfing yet. However, I find this is a great platform to get to know interesting people and to travel the world in an uncommon way.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love literature. Some of my favourite books are Tolstoi's "War and Peace" and "Anna Karenina", Thomas Mann's "Buddenbrooks", "The Magic Mountain", "Mephisto" by Klaus Mann, "The Tin Drum" by Günther Grass, and of cource being a great fan of Mr. Darcy "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen.

Another passion are movies. Here is my hitlist: "The Godfather" (Parts I and II definitely, not sure about III), "Casino", "Amélie", "Cat on Hot Tin Roof", "Bullets over Broadway", "The Intouchables", "Quo Vadis", "Bridget Jones", "No Country for Old Men", "Million Dollar Baby", "Walk the Line", "Batman begins", "Michael Clayton" and many, many more...

Music: Jazz, Classical, Beatles, brazilectro, chanson, Frank Sinatra, Feist and - I have to confess - standard pop...but I am open to everything...
