Hello, my name is Paulina. I have a BA degree in International Politics and Development. I love to sing in the choir, read, translate texts, play table games and be a part of the nature. I also enjoy running and cycling and I am trying to get involved into different activities like canoying, for instance. I regard myself as a friendly and warm person who respects other people’s opinions and backgrounds. So I am quite tolerant and also honest at all times.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a dream to travel to Iceland, that’s why I thought it would be a great idea to find a host in Iceland who could provide with the accommodation and friendly advice for touring and exploring Iceland. As I am a new member, I expect to try this amazing opportunity for the first time and see what it will bring to me. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love folk, indie, alternative and soul genres the most. Among my favorite books I could list Hunger Games and Harry Potter (already classics but they are indeed brilliant) Movies... Well, I love Dark Knight a lot (cause of the actor) and then, Martian, Serenity, Bohemian Rhapsody... I could list more but I need to search and remember ;D
I also adore poetry and I write verses myself! Lithuanian poetry:) I could tell an author but you wouldn’t understand any verses, so...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

From the lifetime experience, there are some things that worth remembering.. I can tell that Heide park was an amazing experience full of excitement and fear - I would definitely go back. Then, I could say that visiting posh places like an old luxurious Ritz hotel full of royal rooms and decorations or a private Soho club with a subtle and extravagant environment as well as menu takes you to the next dimension.
