One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent a few days at a Buddhist Retreat Centre in Ixopo, South Africa. It was incredible and just about the most amazing thing I've ever experienced! Just being silent for a few days, and experiencing nature again... Lived in London, geeze...I walked all over that city! haha*
