I am a traveler. In my travels I seek a better understanding of the world. I find that people all over the world are fantastic. We are all different in our ways and customs, but we all ultimately seek happiness and to leave a better world for our children. I believe that only through direct interaction with people can we understand each other. Not reading about them, not listening to media or politically motivated propaganda, nothing like that. Just meet the people and engage with them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am new to Couchsurfing. Started late in life.

I do not want to use Couchsurfing for free housing, nor to provide free housing if your reason is simply that you can't afford a hostel. I am in it for the experience of meeting people and having meaningful interactions with them.
