ABOUT ME

My best friend and I are going to be traveling around the world as soon as we save some money up and also get some more work experience. I can't wait to quit my job and jump on a plane and see places that I have only dreamed of. Life is too short to work all your life and there are some many interesting people, places and cultures that I want to experience and learn more about. I am so excited...there isn't a day that I don't think about taking off and leaving it all behind.

PHILOSOPHY

Too many people in the states live life just pay check to pay check and then die. They don't enjoy the true meaning of life. I'm not sure the true meaning, but I am working on it...it's too short to work and sleep.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had a couchsurfing experience yet but I did learn about this community from a friend of mine who said it was such a fun thing to do and a way you can truly meet and see places that are off the beaten path.

Movies I currently like and saw include Gran Torino, Into the Wild and Slum Dog Millionaire

Books I like are anything to do with adventure and also traveling. I'm trying to learn as much as I can about my trip coming up

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I was fortunate enough to have traveled to New Zealand for about five months and go to school there. I learned a lot about myself and also other ways people live, work and look about life. This trip was one of the major reasons for my round the world trip that is coming up and I hope to make it back to that part of the world.
