Paul - Raise our son Rohan.
Enjoy what life has to offer both through our work, play and parenthood.
Travel to new and exciting (child friendly) places.

Mae - Spend quality time and be a good mother to Rohan, wife to Paul and balancing that with my career . Hopefully find some time to get back into shape for climbing!

ABOUT ME

Paul - a 14yr+ expat living and loving being in Thailand. I used to be a climber, salsa dancer, mountain biker, motorcycler, outdoor adventurer, not so frequent partier (getting old), however now I'm a father and am trying to do a little of what I like whenever possible.

Mae - A mom to our son first, then a materials scientist. I work on advanced materials for batteries at a Thai national laboratory. I enjoy spending time outdoors, rock climbing, traveling, reading, cooking and having delicious food and drinks (especially with good company).

PHILOSOPHY

Paul - The future is now, and don’t compete, create are my occasional mantras.

Mae - Small goals, minimize potential regrets and take it one day at a time.

Music, Movies, and Books

Paul - MOVIES: International/Independent cinema, anything a bit different that doesn't follow the tried and tested Hollywood format. But nothing too obscure or arty!!!

MUSIC: Just about anything, though some more than others. No death metal or American Country music.

BOOKS: Mostly spy/action/swashbuckling adventure at the moment, but am open to suggestions. Favorite book of all time so far, PAPILLION.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Paul - Buying a boat in a northern Laos village and canoeing it back to our previous destination, camping out on an island in the middle of the river, then selling the boat to a local family.
