Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I found this idea as really good one. There are many reasons - get to know different culture much better, traveling with out spending a lot of money (very important for a student), find new friends etc.

Few bands : Metallica, Slipknot, SOAD, Rammstein, Skyforger (Latvian folk metal), Nirvana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Depeche Mode

Books : some Scandinavian crimes such as ''Millennium'' trilogy or Jo Nesbo books, I also really enjoyed novels by Haruki Murakami. Now I'm reading Russian classics - ''Anna Karenina'' and ''Master and Margarita''

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last summer I was working the best job that youngster could have. I spend more than 3 months in Cēsis medieval castle introducing tourists about middle age in Livonia. Happiness was a reason why I really loved my job. I met a lot of interesting visitors every day from more than 50 countries (I tried to count), I heared a lot of stories and... I learned a lot.
